1. Agreement
By using Pimi you agree to these terms. Pimi is operated by Utsav Mazumder, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us").
2. The service
Pimi helps households and their cooks coordinate meals, ingredients and stock over WhatsApp. It is in a private pilot: features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
3. Pimi uses AI and can make mistakes
Pimi's replies are generated with AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Please check important details, such as quantities, allergies or dietary needs, yourself. Pimi does not provide medical, nutrition or health advice.
4. What Pimi does not do
Pimi doesn't place orders, make purchases or handle payments for you. Any order is placed by you.
5. Fees
Pimi is free during the pilot. If we introduce a price later, we'll tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.
6. Your responsibilities
- Use Pimi only for your household's meal coordination.
- Only add people, such as your cook, who agree to receive messages from Pimi.
- Don't send others' private information that isn't needed, or anything unlawful or abusive.
- Keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure.
7. WhatsApp
Pimi runs on WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta under its own terms. If WhatsApp is unavailable or restricts our account, Pimi may not work.
8. Ending use
You can stop at any time by blocking Pimi's number or emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is deleted.
9. Limitation of liability
Pimi is provided "as is" during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made based on Pimi's replies, such as meals cooked or items ordered.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you on WhatsApp about important changes.
